Customer Service from the bloke on the cashier can’t get worse, specially the one working on Sunday. No decency to speak right and be polite. The older team members are the one’s who should be at the cashier’s desk. They know what they are doing and willing to speak and help.
Just working for the sake of it at Autobarn and being proud of the brand does not help. A simple question whether membership helps with the products I purchased, he simply said this doesn’t get you discounts and did not even bother to register my purchase irrespective of the discounts. That was simply rude.
Incredible experience today. Thank you so much to Tony, Josh and Michael for helping with my headlights today, so incredibly helpful and did absolutely everything they could to fix my problem. Can’t recommend these guys more!! Thanks so much again!
Dropped in on a Saturday morning to get a headlight globe. I'd taken two steps inside the store and Martin was standing there ready to assist me.
Asked me what make of car, he knew exactly the type I needed.
Even fitted it for me. In and out in 10 minutes, great stuff Martin.

Descent size store. If you're a car buff, you'll like it here. I'm old and slow, and I seemed to be a nuisance to the staff, asking for help with a $15 spray paint to match my car. We got there in the end.
If you want your time wasted this is the place to go, no staff present where you need them and no staff with a half decent knowledge anyway. Searching for parts seems to require a rocket science degree and they have no decent brands any way. Do your self a favour and go to Supercheap auto.

I went in to ask for some help getting a car ready for roadworthy and resale. The cashier was very helpful assisting me with getting the correct parts, the technician Tony is an absolute legend! Fitting my wipers, clearing the water jets, and pointing me in the best direction for further works on my car. Such a wealth of experience and knowledge which he was happy to share. Hats off to Tony and the other staff 10/10!
